Group Session

This 3-hour in-person session combines intentional breathing, supportive sound, and gentle ceremonial cacao to create a calm, contained space where you can settle into your body and notice what your nervous system needs. The session is suitable for people of all experience levels, whether you’re new to breathwork or simply curious about somatic practices.

Private Group Session

Private group sessions are available for organizations, small teams, and personal groups who want to experience somatic breathwork in a more contained, customized setting.

Each session is designed around the group’s context and capacity, with attention to pacing, consent, and nervous system regulation.

What to Expect

Led by Eddy Tony, your Somatic Breathwork journey will be paired with a curated musical score designed to guide your experience. You’ll be invited to lie down, close your eyes, and breathe using intentional techniques—fully free from distractions.

Combined with the heart-opening qualities of ceremonial cacao and the restorative power of live sound healing, this experience becomes a full-body reset for mind, body, and soul.

Through the breath, you’ll access and release stuck emotions—like grief, anger, or fear—that may be holding you back. Many participants report reduced anxiety, improved emotional resilience, and even profound states of expanded awareness.

FAQs

  • Not at all. Soul Journey welcomes both first-time participants and experienced breathers. You'll receive clear guidance throughout, and you're always encouraged to move at your own pace.

  • You remain in full control. You can slow your breath, switch to nasal breathing, pause, or rest whenever you need to. Guidance is offered throughout to help you stay grounded, oriented, and safe in your body.

  • No. Soul Journey is not therapy or medical treatment. It's a somatic, experiential breathwork practice that supports emotional release, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation. Many find it beautifully complementary to therapy, though it doesn't replace professional care.

  • Each session begins with grounding and intention-setting, followed by guided somatic breathwork accompanied by music. Experiences vary widely—you may notice physical sensations, emotional release, imagery, insights, or deep relaxation. Sessions close with grounding and integration support.

  • Many people report feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, or more connected. Some feel energized while others feel deeply relaxed. Integration often continues for hours or days, which is a natural part of the process.

  • Yes, with mindful awareness. Since somatic breathwork engages the nervous system directly, modifications are always available. If you experience anxiety or sensitivity, you're encouraged to listen to your body, pace yourself, and communicate openly with your facilitator.

  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and journal. Everything else is provided.

  • Groups are intentionally kept intimate—up to 16 people—to maintain a safe, supportive container while still benefiting from the collective energy of shared practice.
